By agreeing to “The Terms of Use” the signee hereby commit to pay a $300 fee in the event that they fail to attend (no show), or they exhibit and do not offer samples..
We accept vendors selling both ready to eat and commercially packaged foods and beverages.
All exhibitors providing food and/or alcoholic beverages samples, must be properly licensed and insured. A
ServSafe Certificate and Certificate of Insurance must be provided prior to the event’s date.
Cooking demos are allowed provided that the use of portable gas burners are rated for indoor use. Induction
stoves rated for indoor use are the other option. Units must be properly labeled by the manufacturer stating
certification for indoor use.
You must provide your own linens.
Electricity is available on a limited basis and will be assigned as registrations are received. You must provide
your own extension cord.
All exhibit spaces will be assigned on the first come, first serve basis.
Pop-up tents are allowed provided they fit the space you rented.
Due to public health codes, NO PETS ARE ALLOWED except for certified service dogs.
Set-up will be from 7:00 AM to 10:45 AM on Sunday 9/14/2025.
Vehicles are allowed to park in the drop-off area by the ramp in the rear of the building ONLY TO LOAD AND
UNLOAD, NO EXCEPTIONS, THIS IS A FIRE LANE.
The show will be open to the public from 11:00 AM through 5 PM Sunday 9/14/2025
Lafrance Hospitality and SouthCoast Event Management, Inc. are not responsible for any theft, damage or
injury during setup, breakdown or during the the show hours.
It is the sole responsibility of all vendor to collect the state sales tax when applicable.
